Beaches and parks

The beaches and parks directory is a database of our popular destination open spaces/parks within our region. Most parks listed in the directory contain a 'details' page which provides you with basic information and photographs to help you decide where you want to explore.

The Sunshine Coast region has many attractive parks and beaches where you can hold a wedding or formal ceremony.

The Maroochy regional bushland botanic garden is located in Tanawha on the Sunshine Coast. The gardens showcase plants native to east coast subtropical Australia.

Mary Cairncross scenic reserve comprises 55 hectares of national estate listed subtropical rainforest overlooking the Glasshouse Mountains.
